TKP LONG PROFILES

Deposit and pickup operations are controlled from a special control panel.

Each system is able to interact with the “TekmagWare” control software, designed and developed to optimize deposit/pickup operations and check the storage system situation in real time.

TKP storage systems offer high versatility and are practical to use. Each single system can be configured for any requirement. The deposit and pickup dimensions and stations are defined according to storage requirements and available space.

With simple construction and fast handling, it can be integrated perfectly into any production setup, ensuring precision and reliability.

On a carrying structure made of electrically-welded steel, shelves are fitted for supporting the containers. The containers are properly structured in terms of required load capacity and length.

The loading unit of each single system is sized to better optimize space according to the type (length, weight and volume) of material to be stored.

Vertical trolley movement is ensured by means of roller chains and inverter-controlled gear motors. The containers are moved by special forks and linear guides with re-circulating balls fitted to the trolley.
