AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING SHEETS

The system is composed of a suction lifter which carries the metal sheet from the power pack to the cutting plane of the laser, and a fork lift which brings the cut sheet from the laser to the discharge pallet.

The system is equipped with a picker device and a double sheet control device.

The forks can be arranged in a single series, with forking from one side only, or dual series, with forking from two sides.

The system for loading and unloading can be integrated with different types of warehouses: plate storage, cut material discharge, plate storage and cut material return.
